腺样体吸切术出血护理防范预案的建立与实施

The Establishment and Implementation of Prevention Plans of Adenoidectomy Hemorrhage

目的:建立与实施腺样体吸切术出血护理防范预案,尽量减少腺样体吸切术术中、术后出血的发生。方法:针对围手术期可能存在的出血因素,建立相关护理预案,做到有效识辨隐患,预范术中、术后出血。对围手术期患者状态、医务人员技术、设备方面预先做出具体安排,明确在治疗过程中可能出现的问题以及相应的对策。结果:采用护理预案方式处理后,出血时间明显缩短,无一例需要鼻咽腔填塞治疗者。结论:腺样体吸切术防范出血护理预案的建立与实施,可显著减少术中、术后的出血及术后并发症的发生。

Objective： To reduce the postoperative bleeding following adenoidectomy.Methods： The related plans were established in order to prevent bleeding,which might be occurred in the perioperative period.The state of perioperative patients,the professional level of medical staff and medical equipments were evaluated and arranged in advance.Potential problems and corresponding strategies during the treatment were defined.Results： After treated with plans,the bleeding time was significantly shortened.There was no one needing the treatment of nasopharyngeal cavity packing.Conclusions： Due to the establishment and implementation of prevention plans of adenoidectomy hemorrhage,the effect is obvious,and the bleeding is reduced.
