试析大学生择业观转变过程中存在的问题及对策

Problems and Solutions in the Graduates' Choice of Career

在社会主义市场经济条件下 ,随着毕业生就业制度的改革 ,大学生的择业观发生了较大变化。通过调查分析 ,发现大学生的择业观转变过程中存在的主要问题有 :面对市场经济的人才竞争 ,以及用人单位的“挑剔” ,许多大学生产生了消极、焦虑、自卑、困惑的心态 ;以自我需要为中心 ,而不是以国家和社会的需要为中心 ;以眼前利益为标准 ,而不是以是否对自己的事业发展有利为标准 ;过分相信人际关系、社会关系和金钱的作用 ,重“关系”而忽视主体素质。解决其存在问题的对策 :教育大学生树立正确的择业观 ;强化自主意识 ,发挥大学生的主观能动性 ;加强创业意识教育 ;健全心理素质 ,提高心理承受能力 ;加大形势与政策教育力度。

There are great changes in the view of employment with the reformation of employment system in the socialist marketing economy.Investigation shows that the main problems in the change of employment view are many graduates feel inferior, and take negative attitude to it.They think self needs come first and satisfying the long_term comes second.They lay stress on the relation between friends and relatives and function of power and money but ignore raising self_quality.The solution to the problem is:help them to develop right view of employment,deepen their consciousness of independence and bring their subjectivity into play.Strengthen education of creative consciousness, promote their psychological qualities and propagandize the concerned situation and policy.
