摘要
目的比较阑尾切除开腹手术与腹腔镜手术护理效果。方法抽取2011年1月—2012年10月确诊的66例阑尾炎患者,将其随机分为开腹手术与腹腔镜手术两组,各组33例。结果术后比较两组的观察指标,有明显的差异性,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于不同手术方式的阑尾炎患者,要采取不同的护理对策,以防引起并发症,帮助患者更快地恢复健康。
Objective To compare the appendectomy open operation and laparoscopic operation nursing effect. Methods 66 patients with acute appendicitis from 2011 January to 2012 October. method of diagnosis,it will be randomly divided into two groups of laparoscopic operation and open operation,33 patients in each group. Results The observation indexes of the two groups were compared after operation,there are obvious differences,with statistical signif icance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion For the different operation ways of appendicitis patients,should take different nursing strategy,in order to prevent the complications,help the patients recover more quickly.
