腹腔镜肾部分切除术治疗肾肿瘤的临床疗效探索

Explore clinical effects of aparoscopic partial nephrectomy for treatment of renal tumor

目的探讨腹腔镜肾部分切除术治疗肾肿瘤的临床疗效。方法选择该院在2007年3月—2013年1月收治的42例肾脏肿瘤患者,分别采用腹腔镜(观察组,n=22)或开放性(对照组,n=20)肾部分切除术治疗,然后观察两组患者的疗效特点。结果观察组患者的术中出血量、肠道恢复时间、住院时间和并发症都显著地小于对照组患者,但是观察组患者的手术时间和热缺血时间显著地大于对照组患者。结论腹腔镜肾部分切除术治疗肾肿瘤具有良好的临床疗效、安全、创伤小、恢复快,可以作为肾肿瘤的首选方法。

Objective To explore clinical effects of aparoscopic par tial nephrectomy for treatment of renal tumor. Methods Analyzed retrospectively the clinical effects of the laparoscopy（Observation group,n=22）or open（Control group,n=20）partial nephrectomy for treatment of 42 patients with renal tumor our hospital from March 2007 to January 2013. Results T he per i-operative bleedi ng,i ntesti nal recover y t i me,hospit alization time,a nd complicat ion i n t he observation group were signif icant better than those in the control group. However,the operation time and warm ischemia time in the observation group were signif icant higer than those in the control group. Conclusion The aparoscopic partial nephrectomy for treatment of renal tumor has a lot of advantages,including better effects,safety,minimal invasion,early recovery. It can be as preferred method to treat renal tumor.
