异位妊娠中西医保守治疗的临床观察

Ectopic pregnancy clinical observation of the conservative treatment

目的探讨米非司酮、甲氨蝶呤、中药保守治疗异位妊娠的临床疗效。方法对该院妇科2009年11月—2012年12月住院的75例米用非司酮、甲氨蝶呤和中药保守治疗的异位妊娠患者进行回顾性分析。结果异位妊娠保守治疗联合用药治疗效果较单独用药提高,治愈时间缩短。结论异位妊娠保守治疗联合用药明显高于单一用药。

Objective Mifepristone influences methotrexate,Chinese medicine conservative treatment of ectopic pregnancy clinical curative effect. Methods Clinical data of gynecology in December 2009 to May 2012 in 75 cases of meters with the company ketone,methotrexate traditional Chinese medicine and the conservative treatment of ectopic pregnancy patients were retrospectively analyzed. Results Ectopic pregnancy conservative treatment combination therapy effect is separate drug improved,cure time is short. Conclusion Ectopic pregnancy conservative treatment combination was significantly higher than the single drug use.
