克罗米芬配合消囊促卵丸治疗多囊卵巢综合征不孕的疗效分析

With the elimination of clomiphene capsule of syndrome with infertility egg pill in treating polycystic ovary

目的探讨克罗米芬配合消囊促卵丸在多囊卵巢综合征不孕治疗中的效果。方法以近两年该院妇科收治的152例多囊卵巢综合征不孕患者为研究对象,随机分为治疗组及观察组,对照组用克罗米芬治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上,加用消囊促卵丸治疗,观察比较两组间卵泡发育情况及激素六项的水平,对比两组的综合效果。结果治疗组在卵泡发育、激素水平比较还有治疗的总有效率上与对照组相比有明显优势(P<0.05)。结论克罗米芬配合消囊促卵丸治疗多囊卵巢综合征不孕的疗效肯定可靠。

Objective To investigate the clomiphene with curing cystic follicle pill infertility in the polycystic ovary syndrome treatment effect. Methods The last two years in our hospital treated 152 cases of infertility patients with polycystic ovary syndrome as the research object, randomly divided into the ireatment group and the observation group, the control group was treated with clomiphene citrate, the treatment group based on the treatment in control group, with Xiao capsule to promote oocyte pill treatment, observation and comparison between the two groups of follicular development and the six hormones level, comprehensive effect between the two groups. Results The treatment group in follicular development, hormone level and the total effective rate of treatment compared with the control group （P〈0.05） has obvious advantages. Conclusion With the elimination of clomiphene capsule syndrome with infertility must be reliable egg pill in treating polycystic ovary.
