内科护理风险相关因素的分析及对应措施的研究

Internal medicine nursing risk analysis of relevant factors and the corresponding measures of research

目的探讨内科护理风险相关因素的分析及对应措施。方法选取该院2008年7月—2011年6月该院内科收治的264例患者,以数字表法根据入院时间将患者随机分为两组,分析两组患者护理中的风险因素,并进行针对性护理管理。结果观察组患者护理纠纷发生率、护理操作不当发生率、医院内患者损伤率、医院感染率相比对照组均显著降低(P<0.05)、患者满意率显著提高(P<0.05)。结论护理风险管理能够有效降低内科护理中的风险发生,具有较高的实践价值。

Objective To investigate the analysis and corresponding measures of related risk factors of nursing in Department of internal medicine. Methods 264 patients in our hospital in 2008 July -2011 year in June in our hospital were admitted to Department of internal medicine, with digital table method according to the time of admission the patients were randomly divided into two groups, analysis of risk factors of two groups of patients in nursing, and nursing management. Results The patients in the observation group the incidence of nursing disputes, care and improper operation rate, injury rate of hospital patients, nosocomial infection rate decreased significantly compared with the control group （P 〈 0.05）, the satisfactory rate was significantly increased （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The nursing risk management in Department of internal medicine nursing can effectively reduce the risk, is of high practical value.
