亲友互助献血的负面影响与对策

亲友互助献血作为《献血法》所倡导的一种无偿献血工作模式,各地推行的过程、力度和效果有所不同,由于与病人救治息息相关而广受关注,社会舆论褒贬不一,笔者探讨其负面影响包括容易滋生买卖血液行为,容易导致对无偿献血的信任危机,容易引发医务人员的反感,造成事倍功半难以推行。由于医疗临床用血的刚性需求决定了我国区域性、季节性的血液紧张仍将长期存在,亲友互助献血仍然是有效的应对措施之一。笔者认为应该多措并举,从完善制度设计,统一操作规范;坚持非强制性,重在将其作为无偿献血的宣传手段;结合血费报销绿色通道,取信于互助献血者;立足长效机制,着眼潜移默化等四个方面综合施治,规范运作,确保这一利国利民的政策落到实处,造福于民。

Because the medical clinical use rigid demand blood determines that China＇s regional, seasonal blood tension will still exist for a long time, relatives and friends of mutual blood donation is still one of the effective measures. The author thinks that we should take measures to improve the system, from design, unified operation standards; adhere to the non - mandatory, focusing on the blood donation propaganda; combined with blood reimbursement easy access, to win the trust of the mutual aid donors; based on the long-term mechanism, focus on comprehensive treatment, four aspects influence character by environment, standardized operation, to ensure that the country＇s policy to implement, for the benefit of the people.
