消瘤平对环磷酰胺诱导小鼠免疫抑制功能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的研究消瘤平对小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法采用腹腔注射环磷酰胺的方法制造小鼠免疫功能低下模型,灌胃给予不同剂量的消瘤平,通过测定白细胞总数及分类、胸腺指数、脾脏指数、溶血素、IL-2和IFN-γ的水平,探讨消瘤平的免疫调节作用。结果消瘤平可提高环磷酰胺模型小鼠白细胞、胸腺指数、脾脏指数、溶血素、IL-2和IFN-γ的水平。结论消瘤平具有增强小鼠免疫功能的作用。 Objective To study the effect of xiao liuping on immunological function of mice.Methods Immunosuppressed model was established in mice induced by cyclophosphamide(CTX).The mice were given different doses of xiao liuping,ig..The leukocytes and classification,thymus index,spleen index,hemolysin,IL-2 and IFN-γ levels were evaluated,to explore the immunomodulatory effects of xiao liuping.Results Xiao liuping significantly increased the white blood cells,thymus index,spleen index,hemolysin,IL-2 and IFN-γ levels in CTX-induced immunosuppressed mice.Conclusion Xiao liuping can modulate the immunity function in immunosuppressive model mice.
