解毒得生煎联合化疗治疗晚期大肠癌的疗效分析

Curative effect of Jiedu Desheng Jian combined with chemotherapy on advanced colorectal cancer

目的观察解毒得生煎联合化疗治疗晚期大肠癌的临床疗效。方法将确诊的62例晚期大肠癌患者随机分为中西医组及化疗组,中西医组应用解毒得生煎联合FOLFOX2方案化疗,化疗组单纯应用FOL-FOX2方案化疗,21 d为1个疗程,2个疗程后进行疗效评价。结果两组临床症状较治疗前均有改善,与化疗组比较,中西医组的腹痛、腹胀、便血、纳呆症状缓解情况更加显著(P<0.05);治疗后中西医组的生活质量(KPS评分)明显优于化疗组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药解毒得生煎联合化疗可有效改善晚期大肠癌的临床症状、提高患者的生活质量。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Jiedu Desheng Jian combined with chemotherapy on advanced colorectal cancer.Methods 62 cases of patients with advanced colorectal cancer were randomly divided into chemotherapy group and traditional Chinese medicine combined with chemotherapy group（combination group）,combination group used Jiedu Desheng Jian combined with FOLFOX2 scheme chemotherapy,chemotherapy group used FOLFOX2 scheme chemotherapy alone,21 days as a circle,the clinical efficacy of the two groups was evaluated after 2 circles.Results After treatment,the clinical symptoms of the two groups were both improved.The abdominal pain,abdominal distension,hematochezia,poor appetite of combination group was improved more significantly than those of chemotherapy group（P0.05）;The quality of life（KPS）of combination group improved more obviously than that of chemotherapy group（P0.05）.Conclusion The Chinese medicine Jiedu Desheng Jian combined with chemotherapy can improve clinical symptoms of the patients with advanced colorectal cancer and patient′s quality of life.
