摘要
目的观察氯胺酮联合丙泊酚应用于实验猪内镜手术的效果。方法对20头实验用猪给予肌肉注射氯胺酮10～15 mg/kg,之后静脉给予5 mg/kg丙泊酚麻醉诱导后行气管插管,在保留自主呼吸的情况下给予纯氧吸入。术中用丙泊酚以10 mg/(kg.h)的速度维持麻醉。密切观察、记录术中及术后生命体征。结果术前诱导迅速,术中及术后实验猪生命体征稳定,术后苏醒快。结论氯胺酮联合丙泊酚可获得安全、快速的麻醉效果,可以满足手术要求。
Objective To investigate the anesthetic effect of propofol combined with ketamine on digestive endoscopy surgery of pigs.Methods 20 pigs were injected 5 mg/kg propofol intravenously followed by intramuscular injection of 10~15 mg/kg ketamine before endotracheal intubation,and fresh oxygen was supplied from endotracheal tube in the operation.The vital signs were monitored and recorded.Results The induction time and recovery time was short,and the intraoperative and postoperative vital signs of pigs were stable.Conclusion The anesthesia effect is rapid,safe and satisfied by propofol combined with ketamine.
