妇安消疹洗液中蒙花苷的含量测定

Determination of linarin in Fuanxiaozhen cleaning solution by HPLC

目的建立妇安消疹洗液中蒙花苷含量的测定方法,为完善系统质量控制标准奠定基础。方法使用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱:Diamonsil-C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-水-冰醋酸(26∶23∶1),检测波长334 nm,流速1.0 mL/min,进样量10μL,柱温30℃。结果蒙花苷在1.25～40.0μg/mL的范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 7),平均回收率为97.1%,RSD为1.07%(n=6)。结论所建方法简便快捷,专属性强,适用于妇安消疹洗液中蒙花苷的质量控制。

Objective To establish a method for the determination of linarin in Fuanxiaozhen cleaning solution,and to provide a base for its quality criteria.Methods The HPLC was used with a Diamonsil-C18（4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm）column.The mobile phase was consisted of methanol,water and glacial acetic acid（26∶ 23∶ 1）.The detective wavelength was 334 nm.The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min.The sample size was 10 μL,and the column temperature was 30 ℃.Results The result showed that linarin had a linear relationship at the range of 11.5~34.5 μg/mL（r=0.999 7）.The average recovery was 97.1%（RSD=1.07%,n=6）.Conclusion The method is simple,sensitive,accurate,and it is suitable for the quality control of Fuanxiaozhen cleaning solution.
