利奈唑胺不良反应文献分析

Analysis of adverse drug reaction reports of linezolid

目的探讨并评价利奈唑胺的临床用药疗效及安全性,为临床安全、合理用药提供参考。方法采用回顾性研究方法,利用中国期刊全文数据库、维普中文科技期刊数据库、中国生物医学期刊引文数据库、外文生物医学期刊文献服务系统对2002年至2012年报道的利奈唑胺不良反应病例进行统计分析。结果严重不良反应主要为血小板减少、乳酸中毒、血清素综合征等。结论临床医师、药师应重视利奈唑胺所致的不良反应。使用利奈唑胺治疗应严密监护,保证用药安全。

Objective To investigate the adverse reactions of linezolid in retrospection to provide references for safe and rational drug use.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on adverse reactions of linezolid during the period from 2002 to 2012 by searching CNKI,VIP,CMCI,FMJS database.Results The main ADRs were thrombocytopenia,alpha-hydroxypropionic acid poisoning,serotonin syndrome and etc.Conclusion Clinicians and pharmacists should pay attention to ADR induced by linezolid.The use of linezolid treatment should be closely monitored to ensure the safety of drug use.
