步长脑心通联合氟伐他汀钠治疗老年冠心病伴高血脂症的临床研究

Clinical study of buchangnaoxintong capsule combined with fluvastatin on elderly patients with coronary heart disease and hyperlipidemia

目的探讨步长脑心通联合氟伐他汀钠治疗冠心病伴高血脂症的临床疗效。方法将2010年1月至2012年12月我院纳入观察的90例患者随机分成2组,对照组45例,单纯采用氟伐他汀钠治疗;实验组45例,采用步长脑心通联合氟伐他汀钠治疗。对比观察两组患者的心绞痛、心电图改善情况及血脂水平变化。结果实验组心绞痛缓解和心电图改善的总有效率均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后的血脂水平均明显改善,实验组治疗后的总胆固醇、三酰甘油、高/低密度脂蛋白等指标水平均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论步长脑心通联合氟伐他汀钠治疗冠心病伴高血脂症的降脂效果更佳,有助于缓解心绞痛、改善心功能。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of buchangnaoxintong capsule combined with fluvastatin on coronary heart disease with hyperlipidemia.Methods 90 patients admitted to our hospital from January 2010 to December 2012 were randomly divided into two groups,control group（n=45）and treatment group（n=45）.Control group was only given fluvastatin,and treatment group was given fluvastatin combined with buchangnaoxintong capsule.The changes of angina,ECG and the blood lipid levels of the two groups were observed and compared.Results The total efficiency rate of angina and ECG of treatment group were significantly higher than those of control group（P0.05）;the blood lipid levels of the 2 groups were significantly lower after treatment,and the levels of total cholesterol,triglyceride,HDL,LDL of treatment group were significantly better than those of control group after treatment（P0.05）.Conclusion Buchangnaoxintong capsule combined with fluvastatin in the treatment of elderly patients with coronary heart disease and hyperlipidemia can significantly decrease the blood lipid levels,relieve angina and improve heart function.
