穴位注射加金匮肾气丸治疗老年支气管哮喘疗效分析

Clinical analysis of acupoint injection plus Jinkui Shenqi pill in the treatment of senile bronchial asthma

目的探究穴位注射加金匮肾气丸治疗老年支气管哮喘的临床效果。方法将86例支气管哮喘患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组采用单一穴位注射治疗;治疗组采用穴位注射治疗联合金匮肾气丸进行治疗。分析两组短期疗效、长期疗效及治疗前后肺通气功能的改变情况。结果治疗10 d后,治疗组总有效41例,总有效率95.35%,对照组总有效40例,总有效率93.02%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗2个月后,治疗组的临床治愈率和总有效率为76.74%、97.67%,明显高于对照组的51.16%、95.35%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后FEV1%和PEF%为(92.87±6.14)%、(91.95±6.04)%,明显高于对照组的(81.73±5.93)%、(82.53±5.56)%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用穴位注射加金匮肾气丸治疗老年支气管哮喘短期能明显改善患者的临床症状,明显提高肺通气功能,长期疗效好,治愈率高。

Objective To study the clinical effect of acupoint injection plus Jinkui Shenqi pill in the treatment of senile bronchial asthma.Methods 86 cases of bronchial asthma were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Control group used a single point injection therapy,treatment group was treated by point injection therapy combined with Jingui Shenqi pill.Short-term efficacy,long-term efficacy before and after treatment and the changes of pulmonary ventilation function of the two groups were analyzed.Results After 10 d treatment,total effective rate in the treatment group and the control group was 95.35%（41 cases）and 93.02%（40 cases）respectively,there was no significant difference between the two groups（P0.05）.2 months after treatment,the clinical cure rate and the total efficiency of treatment group were 76.67%,97.67%,significantly higher than those of control group 51.16%,95.35%,there was significant difference between the two groups（P0.05）.After treatment,FEV1%（92.87±6.14）% and PEF%（91.95±6.04）% in treatment group were significantly higher than those in control group（81.73±5.93）%,（82.53±5.56）%,there was significant difference between the two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion Acupoint injection plus Jinkui Shenqi pill in the treatment of senile bronchial asthma can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and the pulmonary ventilation function of the patients,the long-term curative effect is good and the cure rate is high.
