我院抗菌药物贮藏和有效期管理的调查与分析

Investigation and analysis on drug storage and validity management of antimicrobials in our hospital

目的调查、分析和评价我院抗菌药物贮藏和有效期管理现状,进一步促进我院药品质量的科学管理。方法采用实地考察方式于2012年3-4月,对我院临床使用的所有抗菌药物的贮藏及有效期管理进行调查,涉及的部门有药库、门急诊、病区药房和33个病区小药柜,将考察结果分类统计,并分析和评价。结果所调查的抗菌药物涉及60个品规,其中针剂38种,片剂22种;贮藏管理中问题最突出的为病区小药柜针剂未能规范管理,计64例(29.09%),未按要求避光贮藏药品,计47例(43.52%)。有效期管理总体良好,但病区小药柜尚有39例(17.73%)存在同品种药物不同批号混放的现象。结论医院应进一步重视和加强抗菌药物贮藏和效期管理,确保医疗机构各个流通环节中的药品质量,保证患者用药安全有效。

Objective To investigate,analyze and evaluate the status of drug storage and validity management of antimicrobials in our hospital,so as to further promote the scientific management of hospital pharmaceutical quality.Methods Through the method of on-site inspection,the drug storage and validity management of antimicrobials were investigated from March to April in 2012.The departments involved drug storage,outpatient,emergency,ward dispensary and 33 ward medicine cabinets.The inspection results were classified,analyzed and evaluated.Results 60 kinds of antibiotics,which included 38 kinds of injections and 22 kinds of tablets,were investigated.The most prominent problem in the management of storage was injection in ward medicine cabinets,which 64 cases（29.09%）did not have a standardized management and 47 cases（43.52%）did not seek a dark storage.The validity management was good overall.However,in ward medicine cabinets,39 cases（17.73%）were improperly managed that the same kinds of antimicrobial were mixed with different varieties.Conclusion The hospital should pay greater attention and strengthen drug storage and validity management of antimicrobials,so as to ensure the quality of antimicrobials in every circulation of the medical institutions and guarantee the safety and efficiency in patients with medication.
