摘要
用水热法合成了高白度的高岭石 ,讨论了原料中 Si/Al摩尔比、反应时间、反应温度等条件对合成高岭石产率的影响。实验证明 ,以硫酸铝和硅酸钠为原料合成高岭石的最佳工艺条件为 :硅和铝以等摩尔比混合 ,在 1 75℃左右反应 1 44 h。X-射线衍射、差热分析以及透射电镜分析证明所合成的产物为片状高岭石。
Kaolinite with high white degree was synthesized by hydrothermal reaction from aluminum sulfate and sodium silicate. The influence of reaction conditions such as molar ratio of silica to aluminium in the reaction system, time and temperature was discussed, and the optimum conditions were determined as follows:Si/Al(molar ratio)1∶1, reaction temperature about 175℃ and reaction time 144h approximately. The synthesized species were characterized to be kaolinite with morphology of hexagonal plate by X.ray diffraction, differential thermal analysis and transmissive electronic microscope.
