摘要
目的探讨健康教育对老年维持性血透患者生活方式及并发症发生的改善作用。方法对72例老年维持性血透患者进行健康教育,比较教育前后生活方式、低蛋白血症改善和并发症的发生情况。结果健康教育后患者的生活方式显著改善,并发症发生明显减少,心衰发生率明显降低。结论对老年维持性血透患者进行健康教育,可以改善患者生活方式,提高生活质量,减少并发症的发生。
Objective To investigate the effect of health education for elderly patients with maintenance hemodialysis and complications in patients with the way of life. Methods 72 cases of elderly patients with maintenance hemodialysis patients before and after health education, lifestyle, hypoproteinemia improved and complications were compared between the education situation. Results The life style of health education for patients with significantly improved, complications were significantly reduced, significantly reduced the incidence of heart failure. Conclusion In elderly maintenance hemodialysis patients for health education, can improve the way of life of the patients, improve the quality of life, reduce the incidence of complications.
