150例手术治疗甲状腺肿瘤的临床分析

目的探讨甲状腺治疗个性化手术方式及临床疗效。方法选取150例甲状腺肿瘤患者,根据患者临床分期情况,采取单侧甲状腺全切除术、双侧甲状腺全切除术、双侧甲状腺全切除加淋巴结清扫术等个性化手术方式。结果 150例手术无一例死亡和甲状腺危象发生,144例治愈,治愈率为96%,6例出现并发症。结论根据患者临床分期等具体情况采用个性化的手术治疗方式,能够提高甲状腺肿瘤的治愈率,减少并发症的发生,值得临床推广应用。。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of treatment of personalized and thyroid operation mode. Methods 150 cases of thyroid cancer patients, according to the clinical staging, take unilateral total thyroidectomy, hysterectomy, bilateral thyroid bilateral thyroid resection with lymphadenectomy and other personalized operation mode. Results The results of 150 cases of operation with no deaths and thyroid crisis, 144 cases were cured, the cure rate was 96%, 6 cases occurred complications. Conclusion According to clinical stage and other specific circumstances by way of operation treatment of personalized, can improve the cure rate of thyroid tumors, reduce complications, worthy of clinical application.
