70例成人慢性咳嗽的临床治疗探讨

Clinical Treatment of 70 cases of adult patients with chronic cough

目的研究并分析成人慢性咳嗽的临床治疗方法。方法选将该院于2012年1—12月收治的70例慢性咳嗽患者为研究对象,对其诊断和治疗方式进行回顾性分析。结果诊断和治疗结果显示,有三种病因的发生率相对较高,即鼻后滴综合征类慢性咳嗽、咳嗽变异性哮喘以及胃食管反流引起的慢性咳嗽,经过对应治疗,70例患者的症状均得到消失或者有效缓解,有效率达到100%。结论引起慢性咳嗽的原因多种多样,具体的治疗方案要根据患者的临床表现来制定。

Objective To study the clinical treatment of adults with chronic cough. Methods Our hospital from January 2012 to December 2012 were treated 70 patients with chronic cough as the research object,its diagnosis and treatment were analyzed retrospectively. Results Diagnosis and treatment,there are three causes of incidence is relatively high, that is,postnasal drip syndrome class chronic cough,cough variant asthma and chronic cough due to gastroesophageal ref lux,the corresponding treatment,70 patients The symptoms were disappeared or effectively alleviate the efficiency of 100%. Conclusion The cause of chronic cough a variety of reasons,a specific treatment plan is developed according to the patient＇s clinical manifestations.
