围绝经期抑郁症患者的中医治疗进展

围绝经期是指女性绝经前后的一段时期,在这段时期内女性的与卵巢有关的内分泌功能开始由旺盛走向衰退,通常是从40岁左右开始直到停经后一年,属于正常的生理变化时期,在这段时期内女性易出现围绝经期综合症,其中抑郁症是最为常见的精神疾患。其临床表现主要有情绪低落、精神萎靡、思维涣散以及意志行为减弱等,常常伴有月经紊乱、全身不适、头晕乏力、焦虑烦躁、失眠多梦、疑病多汗以及自主神经紊乱等症状。中医学中没有围绝经期综合症这一说法,只是根据其抑郁症的临床特点将其划为郁证、脏躁以及百合病等范畴。近些年来随着居民生活水平的提高以及生活工作节奏的逐渐加快,其相应的人们所感受到的生活以及工作所带来的压力也在逐年增长,这大大提升了围绝经期女性抑郁症的发病率,因此,关于此类疾病的治疗研究也越来越受到医学工作者的普遍关注,特别是中医的治疗对围绝经期抑郁症的疗效较为显著,且药物不良反应较少,所以近些年来围绝经期抑郁症的中医治疗得到较为广泛的应用。
