摘要 利用自制透水系数测试装置测试透水混凝土的透水性能,主要研究了成型工艺、设计孔隙率、石子粒径、砂率对透水混凝土透水性能的影响。结果表明,自制透水系数测试装置可以较准确地测试透水混凝土的透水性能,各种成型工艺下制备的透水混凝土具有不同的透水系数。砂率越大,透水系数越小;石子粒径越大,透水系数越大;透水混凝土的孔隙率越大,透水系数越大;有效孔隙率与透水系数之间存在一定的线性关系。 Permeability performance of the pervious concrete is tested by seff-made testing device, and the effects of the molding process, design of porosity, particle size of gravel and sand ratio on the permeability performance of pervious concrete are studied. The results show that permeability performance of pervious concrete can be more accurate tested by self-made testing device, and the pervious concrete has different permeability coefficient which is prepared with different molding processes. The permeability coefficient is smaller with the greater sand ratio. The permeability coefficient is greater with the greater gravel particle size. The greater of the porosity of the pervious concrete, the greater of the perme- ability coefficient. And there is a linear relationship between the effective porosity ratio and permeability coefficient.
