摘要
将聚丙烯纤维作为添加剂掺入水泥加固风积沙,进行了水泥砂浆的抗压强度(CSCM)试验,试件由不同水泥含量的混合物和不同掺量聚丙烯纤维配制而成。在7d和28d养护期后进行抗压强度试验。试验结果显示:在水泥加固风积沙中掺入聚丙烯纤维后,聚丙烯纤维可均匀地分布于基体中,可降低裂缝尖端周围的应力集中并阻止裂缝扩张,提高了水泥加固风积沙的机械性能,且随着掺入的聚丙烯纤维的增加,水泥砂浆的抗压能力也随之增加,但当掺加率超过0.2%以后,试件的抗压能力基本稳定,没有更显著的增加。
Using of polypropylene fiber as an additive to add in the windblown sand-cement mixture, the compressive strength of the kind of Hydraulic Cement Mortars (CSCM) was tested. Test specimens were prepared with a mixture of varying content of cement and polypropylene fibers. The compressive strength of the specimens was tested after 7d and 28d curing periods. The results show that when polypropylene fibers are mixed in windblown sand-cement mortar, they witl be evenly distributed in a matrix, relax the stress concentrations of crack around the tips, prevent crack expansion, and enhance the mechanical properties of windblown sand-cement mortar. Meanwhile with increasing of addition of polypropylene fiber, the compressive strength of windblown sand-cement mortar increases, however when the addition of polypropylene fiber is beyond 0.2%, it has no positive effect on compressive strength of the specimens.
