Determination of 13 Elements in Green Shell Eggs by ICP-AES

用高压消化罐消解后 ,ICP- AES法同时测定青壳鸡蛋中 Ca、Mg、Fe、Mn、Zn、Cu、P、I、Se、Sb、Ba、Cr、Cd等 1 3种元素的含量 ,在优化实验条件下 ,RSD为 1 .2 4%— 8.76 % ,加标回收率为 93.0 %— 1 0 5 .9%。方法简便、可靠 ,结果令人满意。

Thirteen elements e.g. Ca,Mg,Fe,Mn,Zn,Cu,P,I,Se,Sb,Ba,Cr and Cd in green shell eggs was stimultaneousty determined with high\|pressure digester by ICP\|AES.The method was proved to be simple and accurate.The satisfactory result was obtained for the determination of thirteen elements in green\|shell eggs.The relative standard deviation is range from 1.24% to 8.76%.The recovery rates are 93.0%—105.9%.
