改良托槽行颌间牵引固定的临床应用

目的:探讨改良托槽在颌骨骨折后行颌间牵引固定的临床效果。方法:用经过改良后的正畸方丝托槽对32例颌骨骨折伴有咬牙合关系错乱的患者进行颌间牵引固定,调整咬牙合关系后再切开复位坚固内固定,术后牵引1-2周。结果:经上述方法治疗的颌骨骨折患者2周后咬牙合关系完全恢复正常。结论:改良托槽是一种良好的颌间牵引固定方法。
