摘要
本文主要研究了土壤中微量元素铅的测定条件 ,采用混合酸在沸水浴中加热浸提后 ,直接上机测定。最佳测定条件是水浴温度为 1 0 0℃ ,浸提时间为 1 2 0 min,混合酸为 HNO3+ HCl+ H2 O(1 + 1 + 2 )该方法具有样品前处理简便 ,测定快速、准确、空白值低等特点 ,样品加标回收率为 92 %— 1 0 2 % ,RSD为 0 .83%—6 .38% ,并用国家标准物质污染农田土壤标样进行验证 ,其结果吻合。
FAAS method was used to determine the trace lead in soil.Sample of soil was leached with mixed acids(HNO 3+HCl+H 2O)in water bath and then was sent directly to the apparatus for the determination of trace lead.The optimum ratio of mixed acid(HNO 3+HCl+H 2O) are(1+1+2),the temprature of water bath is 100℃,and leaching time is 120min.This method is simple and rapid with low blank value.The recovery is 92%—102% and the relative standard deviation is 0.83%—6.38%.The results are corresponding to those determined by national standard method.
