摘要
采用磷酸 -高碘酸钾比色法 ,通过大气采样器 ,定量抽取工作车间的空气 ,空气中的各种飘浮物均被微孔滤膜阻留。用磷酸溶样 ,在酸性溶液中 ,锰及其化合物被高碘酸钾氧化而生成紫红色高碘酸盐 ,再用分光光度计比色测定。
The H 3PO 4 KIO 4 colorimetric analysis method was used here.The air in workshop was pumped by an air collector and forced through a filter paper(micromesh).The various floating dust was reserved on it.The filter with dust was dissolved by H 3PO 4.Manganese and its compounds were oxidized by KIO 4 in acid solution,to form a purple periodate.Manganese and its compounds in the solution were determined quantitatively by a spectrophotometer.
