采用湿法消解样品 ,用 0 .1 % PAN[1 - (2 -吡啶偶氮 ) 2 -萘酚 ]- 2 0 % OP(聚乙二醇辛基苯基醚 )显色分光光度法测定 1 0种生药中微量元素锌。

The sample was treated by HNO 3 and HClO 4(1+3). The content of zinc microelement in 10 kinds of Chinese herb medicine was determined by spectrophotometry with 0.1% PAN [1 (2 Pyridylazo) 2 naphthol] and 20% OP.
