摘要
目的:研究黄花倒水莲中总黄酮的含量测定方法。方法:采用紫外分光光度法测定药材中总黄酮含量。结果:分光光度法测定总黄酮时,在000864～0.06912mg.mL-1的浓度范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999),平均回收率=98.40%,RSD=1.50%。结论:所用方法简便、准确,可用于黄花倒水莲药材的质量控制。
Objective： To determine the Huanghua pour water lilies, a method for the determination of total flavonoids. Methods： UV spectrophotometric determination of total flavonoids in Radix. Results ： spectrophotometric determination of total flavonoids in 0. 00864 - 0. 06912mg . mL-1 concentration range inside a good relationship （r = 0. 9999）, the average recovery was 98.40%. RSD = 1.50%. Con- clusion： The method is simple, accurate, and can be used for the yellow flowers pour water lilies quality control of Radix.
