阿司匹林联合川芎嗪注射液治疗急性脑梗死疗效观察

目的:探讨阿司匹林联合川芎嗪注射液治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法:选择72例急性脑梗死患者随机分为两组,其中对照组36例用复方丹参20ml,静脉点滴,每天一次,共14d;治疗组36例用阿司匹林75～150mg每天一次,川芎嗪20mg加入生理盐水250ml,静脉点滴,每天一次,共14天。观察两组的临床疗效和血流动力学变化。结果:治疗组总有效率91.67%,对照组总有效率72.22%。两组治疗过程中均未发现明显的不良反应,治疗组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:阿司匹林联合川芎嗪治疗急性脑梗死对比常规治疗方案能有效改善其对临床神经功能损伤的影响。

Objective： To investigate aspirin joint ligustrazine injection in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction clinical curative effect. Methods：Choose 72 cases of acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into two groups, of which 36 cases in control group with compound salvia mihiorrhiza 20 ml, intravenous drop, once a day, a total of 14 d; To 36 cases treatment group with aspirin 75 - 150 mg once a day, ligustrazine 20 mg join physiological saline 250 ml, intravenous drop, once a day, a total of 14 days. To observe the clinical curative effect of the two groups and hemodynamic changes. Results：The treatment group total effectiveness 91.67%, the comparison group total effectiveness 72.22%. Two groups of treatment process were not found that obvious adverse reaction, the total effective rate in treatment group is significantly higher than that in control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Aspirin joint ligustrazine treatment of patients with acute cerebral infarction contrast conventional treatment can effectively improve the clinical nerve function damage influence.
