摘要
目的:观察研究三七皂甙(PNS)制剂对体外培养的小鼠胰腺癌细胞株(MPC)是否有抑制生长增殖作用。方法:应用四唑盐比色法绘制生长曲线,以确定最佳干预时间。测定不同时间、不同浓度的PNS制剂对MPC的生长增殖抑制率。结果:MTT法检测不同浓度PNS制剂对MPC生长抑制率具有时间和剂量依赖性。结论:不同浓度PNS制剂作用不同时间对MPC增殖具有一定的抑制作用,呈时-效和量-效依赖关系。
Objective:To study the effect of Panax notoginsenosides (PNS)Injection treatment on mouse pancreas cancer cell(MPC )proliferation. Methods :We used MTT assay to measure cell viability of MPC at different PNS concentrations and time interval to determine the optimum PNS treatment effectiveness. Under these experimental conditions, we also examine the cell morphological changes using the microscope. Results:Under in vitro condition,we observed more than 95% MPC cells alive. The cells reached the logarithmic grow phase after 24 hour of cuhuring.The MTT test was performed 48 hours cell inoculation,and it showed time and dose dependent effects of the PNS. Conclusion:Our study showed that PNS treatment can prohibit MPC cell proliferation in a does and time dependent manners.
