腓肠神经营养血管皮瓣修复小腿下部缺损

目的:总结腓肠神经营养血管逆行皮瓣修复小腿下部软组织缺损的临床效果。方法:2010年2月～2012年10月,采用腓肠神经营养血管皮瓣修复小腿下部缺损15例。男性9例,女性6例,年龄25～53岁,车祸伤7例,重物压伤4例,皮带绞伤2例,慢性溃疡2例。软组织缺损面积4cm×2cm～15cm×11cm。急诊手术2例,择期手术13例。结果:术后1例皮瓣边缘坏死,经处理后成活;其余皮瓣均成活。15例均随访8个月～1年半。皮瓣与周边皮肤相似,下肢负重、行走正常。结论:腓肠神经营养血管皮质良好,是修复小腿下部缺损的理想选择。

Objective To summarize the clinical effect of sural neurocutaneous flap to repair soft tissue defect of lower leg. Methods From 2010 February -2012 year in December, the sural neurovascular flap for repair of the lower leg defect in 15 cases. Male 9 cases, female 6 cases, age 25-53 years old, 7 cases of traffic accident injury, crush injury in 4 cases, 2 cases of belt injuries, 2 cases of chronic ulcer. Soft tissue defect area was 4cm×2cm to 15cm×11cm. 2 cases of emergency operation, 13 cases of selective operation. Results 1 cases of flap margin necrosis, survival after treatment; the rest of the flaps survived. 15 cases were followed up for 8 months -1 years. Similar to the surrounding skin flap, lower weight, normal walking. Conclusion Sural neurovascular cortex is good, is an ideal choice for repairing the defect of lower leg.
