糖尿病肾病的中医药临床治疗

糖尿病肾病(DN)是糖尿病日久导致肾小球弥漫性硬化的特异性损害,临床症状以蛋白尿、水肿、高血压和肾功能进行性损害等为主。大量研究显示,中医药治疗有其自身优越性:可显著缓解症状、缩短病程、减少副作用等。文章从病因病机、辨证分型、分期辨治以及不同医家遣方用药等方面,对近年来DN的中医药临床研究文献进行综述,肯定了中医药的疗效,并阐述了笔者对于今后中医药治疗DN的思路和建议。

Diabetic nephropathy （DN）, is a special damage caused by diabetic falling which leads to diffuse glomerular sclerosis, whose main clinical symptoms include proteinuria, edema, hypertension, and renal damage. Numerous studies have shown that Chinese medicine treatment has its own advantages： it can obviously relieve symptoms and shorten the course, reduce side effects, etc. The passage makes a conclusion of the clinieal research literature of recent years from the etiology and pathogenesis, dialectical sub-type, staging Diagnosis and Treatment, and different medical home Herbal Prescription medication, etc. It affirmed the efficacy of Chinese medicine, and expounded the author＇s ideas and suggestions for the future of Chinese medicine treatment of DN.
