Mechanism Designing of Educational Assistance for Xinjiang Waifs

基于新疆籍流浪儿童普遍缺乏受教育机会的现状,且救助保护中心和工读学校不足以承担起提供全面教育的职能,救助工作体系中应被优先考虑的问题是,哪种机构适合为流浪儿童提供教育救助。极有必要规划流浪儿童教育救助的原则和目标,确定专门的教育机构实施补偿性教育与分层复合型教育,同时设计相应的辅助性教育措施。

Xinjiang waifs are lack of educational opportunities in general at present,and the relief center and work-study school can not sufficiently take on the function of comprehensive education,which institutions can be and are suitable to provide educational assistance for waifs should be a priority issue of relief work system.Therefore,the planning principles and objectives for waif’s educational assistance is extremely necessary,to determine the special educational institutions to implement the compensatory education and layered combined education,and design appropriate supplementary education measure.
