石油销售企业运输管理信息系统的设计与实现

DESIGN AND IMPLEMENTATION OF TRANSPORTATION MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEM IN PETROLEUM SALES ENTERPRISE

结合石油销售企业的一般需求,为了对石油运输实施全程控制和管理,便于企业管理层实时掌握运输状况,研究并设计了石油运输管理信息系统。与传统系统相比较,该系统功能更加完善,子系统划分更加详细,包括运输预算管理、公路运输管理、铁路运输管理、库存管理、统计报表、业务分析、业务数据审核、领导查询、系统维护和帮助等九个子系统。通过建立该系统,优化成品油配送,提高运输效率,降低运行成本,使石油运输管理更加合理化、系统化,从而获得的更大的经济效益和社会效益。

In combination with general requirements of petroleum sales enterprises and for executing full-process control and management on petroleum transportation, facilitating the corporate management knowing timely the transportation situation, we study and design the petro- leum transportation management information system. Compared with the traditional system, this one is more perfect with more specifically di- vided sub-systems of 9, including transportation budget management, highway transportation management and railway transportation manage- ment, stock control, statistical returns, operational analysis, data auditing, supervisor＇ s inquiring, system maintenance and help. Through establishing the system to optimise the distribution of oil products, improve transportation efficiency and reduce running costs, it enables the petroleum transportation management more rationalised and systematised, so that to gain greater economical and social benefits.
