摘要
中国边疆民族地区的经济、文化发展水平和社会公众受教育程度较低,影响了社会公众获取和利用各种信息资源。通过政府部门、教育部门以及公共图书馆三方合作,国家可以大力开展信息教育工作,这将有助于提高边疆民族地区社会公众信息素质。
The development level of economic, cultural and social public education in the frontier nation-area of China is very low, which affects the public to get and use the various information resources. Through the cooperation of govern- ment department, education department and public library, the government can vigorously carry out the information education, which will improve the social public information literacy in the frontier nation-area.
