广西高校图书馆虚拟参考咨询服务现状调查研究

Research on virtual reference consulting service of University Library in Guangxi present situation investigation

以广西壮族自治区8所本科院校以及4所高职院校图书馆为分析对象,通过评价其提供参考咨询服务的手段以及统计分析其参考咨询服务的论文成果,来了解目前广西高校图书馆提供参考咨询服务的现状,总结经验,提出今后发展虚拟参考咨询服务应注意的问题与发展对策。

Taking the library of 8 universities and 4 higher vocational colleges in Guangxi as the object of analysis, through the evaluation of providing reference service means and statistical analysis of the reference service of the results to un- derstand the current status of reference service of university library in Guangxi. This paper aims to summarize the experience and pay attention to the problems and make some Countermeasures of development of Virtual Reference Service in the future.
