摘要
研究了新型尾式色氨酸四苯基卟啉铁 ( ) [Fe( Trp- TPP) ]Cl在三氯甲烷中与咪唑 ( Im)轴向配位反应。用光度法测得了反应 ( 1 )的平衡常数 K,标准摩尔焓变ΔH m 和标准摩尔熵变ΔS m。实验结果表明 ,反应 ( 1 )是熵降低焓也降低的过程。 Fe( Trp- TPP) Cl+ 2 Im [Fe( Trp- TPP) ( Im) 2 ]+ Cl-( 1 )
The axial coordination reaction of new tailed tryptophane iron(Ⅲ) tetraphenylporphyrin [Fe(Trp-TPP)Cl] with imidazole in trichloromethane solvent was studied. The equilibrium constant ( K ), the change of standard molar enthalpy ( ΔH m ) and the change of standard molar entropy (Δ S m ) were measured by means of spectral technique. The experimental results showed that ΔH m and ΔS m of reaction (1) are negative values. Fe(Trp-TPP)Cl+2Im[Fe(Trp-TPP)(Im) 2] +Cl -(1)
