Research of Hospital Information Integration and Sharing Based on Integration Platform

目的:分析医院信息化的现状,针对目前医院信息化建设中传统集成方案的缺陷,提出一种新的解决方案来实现医院信息系统集成。方法:通过搭建统一的医院信息集成平台实现业务整合与数据共享,集成平台基于HL7标准、SOA架构和ESB技术。结果:通过医院信息集成平台无缝链接了各个独立的医疗信息子系统。结论:集成平台基于开放的架构,具有很强的可扩展性,支持自定义的适配器连接、应用复杂的异构系统,从而实现医院各系统的数据共享和业务协同。

Objective To put forward a new solution for hospital information system integration in order to conquer the defects of the traditional one.Methods The hospital information integration platform was used to realize business conformity and data sharing,which was based on HL7 standard,SOA architecture and ESB technology.Results All independent medical information sub-systems were connected seamlessly.Conclusion The system with an open architecture and high scalability is compatible with self-defined adapter connection and complicated heterogeneous systems,and then the data sharing and business conformity are implemented in the systems of the hospital.
