摘要
目的观察苦碟子结合苯那普利对糖尿病肾病尿蛋白的疗效和血液流变学的影响。方法将192例糖尿病肾病患者随机分成观察组96例用苦碟子加苯那普利,对照组96例用苯那普利治疗4周,各组均给予常规降糖治疗。检测2组治疗前、后糖尿病肾病患者的24 h尿蛋白定量、尿微量白蛋白及尿β2-微球蛋白及血液流变学指标。结果观察组总有效率为86.46%,对照组总有效率为48.96%,2组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组治疗后各检测指标显著下降,与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后低切、高切、血沉、血沉方程指标均优于对照组,2组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论苦碟子加苯那普利是防治糖尿病肾病尿蛋白的有效药物。
Objective To observe the effects of Kudiezi injection combined with urine protein and blood theology in patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy. Methods benazepril on A total of 192 patients with diabetic nephropathy were randomly treated with benazepril （control group, n=96） or in combination with Kudiezi injection （observation conventional hypoglycemic therapy. The 24-hour group, n=96）for 4 weeks. All patients were given urinary protein excretion, urinary albumin excretion, urinary 132-mieroglobulin excretion and hemorheological indexes were detected before and after treatment. Results The total effective rate in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group（86.46% vs 48.96%, P〈0.05）. After treatment, all the indexes decreased significantly（P〈 0.05）. Compared with control group, high and low shear viscosity, erythrocyte sedimentation rate, sedimentation equation were obviously improved in observation group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Kudiezi injection combined with benazepril is an effective treatment for the prevention and treatment of proteinuria in diabetic nephropathy.
