参苓白术颗粒联合葡萄糖酸锌治疗儿童厌食症的疗效

Effect of Shenling Baizhu Granules Combined with Zinc Gluconate on Anorexia in Children

目的探讨参苓白术颗粒联合葡萄糖酸锌口服液治疗儿童厌食症的临床疗效。方法对52例厌食症患儿采用参苓白术颗粒3 g口服,3次.d-1;葡萄糖酸锌口服液10 mL口服,2次.d-1。结果治愈18例(34.6%),有效23例(44.2%),无效11例(21.2%);总有效率为78.8%。结论参苓白术颗粒联合葡萄糖酸锌口服液治疗厌食症有较好的疗效。

Objective To discuss the clinical efficacy of Shenling Baizhu granules combined with oral zinc gluconate in children with anorexia. Methods Fifty-two children with anorexia were orally given Shenling Baizhu granules 3 g 3 times per day and zinc gluconate 10 mL twice per day. Results Among the 52 cases, 18 （34.6%）were cured, 23 （44.2%） received effective treatment, and 11 （21.2%） underwent ineffective therapy. The total effective rate was 78.8%.Conclusion The combined treatment with Shenling Baizhu granules and zinc gluconate is effective for anorexia in children.
