胸外科肺癌手术后呼吸机应用的护理

Nursing of Ventilator Patients after Thoracic Surgery for Lung Cancer

目的总结胸外科肺癌患者术后使用呼吸机支持治疗的护理体会。方法对56例肺癌术后使用呼吸机支持治疗的患者,实施包括严密观察生命体征、心理护理、气管插管及切开的护理、口腔护理、肺部并发症的预防护理和褥疮护理等一系列护理措施。结果所有患者术后均保留气管插管进入ICU监护,行呼吸机治疗12～48 h,均顺利脱机,无一例发生相关并发症。结论肺癌术后患者,做好呼吸机支持治疗的护理,加强呼吸道管理是促进术后顺利康复的重要环节。

Objective To summarize the nursing experience with patients who received ventilator support treatment after thoracic surgery for lung cancer. Methods Fifty-six patients who received ventilator support treatment after surgery for lung cancer were given nursing interventions, including vital signs observation, mental nursing, endotracheal intubation and tracheotomy nursing, mouth care, preventive care for pulmonary complications, and bedsore care. Results All patients retained endotracheal intubation and were admitted to ICU after operation. Patients received ventilator support treatment for 12-48 hours and completed ventilation therapy successfully. No complications occurred in all patients. Conclusion Intensive nursing care and airway management are important for postoperative recovery and are worthy of generalization in patients under^oin~ thoracic .~ur^arv fnr hm
