摘要
唐山港曹妃甸港区煤码头的主体采用深水遮帘式板桩结构,在码头前墙顶部水位变动区的墙体施工中,采用导管法水下现浇强度等级C30、抗冻标号F300的抗冻混凝土。浇筑施工前合理设计抗冻混凝土的配合比,把好拌制混凝土的质量关,现场浇筑时应注意提前0.5 m将普通混凝土更换为抗冻混凝土,可采取钻取芯样的方法检测混凝土的抗压和抗冻强度。
Deepwater covered-type sheet-piled structure is used to be the wharf structure of Tangshan Port Caofeidian Harbor Coal Terminal. C30 F300 frost-resistant concrete is cast in place by using tremie method in the construction of wharf's front wall, which is located in water level fluctuation zone. The rational mixed ratio of frost-resistant concrete is designed and supervised before cast-in-place concrete construction. In addition, common concrete must be replaced with frost-resistant concrete 0.5m ahead the construction of cast-in-place concrete. The compressive and frost-resistant strength of the concrete may be checked by taking concrete core sample.
