摘要
以金丝小枣枣果为原料,通过酒石酸铁法对其多酚类物质含量进行了测定,并利用化学发光分析和紫外可见分光光度分析相结合的方法,测定了枣果中多酚类物质间苯三酚和邻苯二酚在体外保护DNA能力的变化规律,结果表明:间苯三酚和邻苯二酚对由.OH引起的DNA损伤具有较好的保护作用,且间苯三酚和邻苯二酚浓度为60μg/mL时对DNA的保护作用最佳。
The polyphenols content in Ziziphus jujube fruits was measured by tartrate - Fe colorimetry assay. The DNA protec- tion function of the isolated phlorglucinol and catechol from jujube fruits was determined by using chemiluminescence analysis and ultraviolet - visible spectrophotometry. The results indicated that phlorglucinol and catechol from jujube fruits had a better protective action to DNA damage caused by ·OH, and the DNA protective effect of phlorglucinol and catechol was optimal when their concen- tration all was 60 μg/mL.
