13个杂交狼尾草苏北滩涂旱季农艺性状比较研究

Comparative Study on Agronomic Traits of 13 Hybrid Pennisetum Varieties in Dry Season in Beach Saline of Northern Jiangsu

为及时掌握春旱对滩涂盐碱地上杂交狼尾草农艺性状的影响,筛选较为适宜在滩涂盐碱地种植的品种,对引进栽植的13个杂交狼尾草品种进行测试,主要从株高、分蘖数、叶片数、叶长、叶宽、直径等6个性状对其在盐碱地的农艺性状进行研究。结果表明:滩涂春季干旱让杂交狼尾草的株高受到了严重的影响,E-6、E-9、E-10、E-11的平均高度均超过了90 cm,其中E-9与其余9个品种差异显著(P<0.05);E-11、E-4平均分蘖数超过10个与其余11个品种差异显著;平均叶片数均在10～14之间,除E-10外,其余12个品种间差异不显著;E-8品种叶长与其余10个品种差异显著,E-3品种叶宽与其余9个品种差异显著;E-7、E-8、E-9杂交狼尾草平均直径超过1.4 cm,其中E-7与其余10个品种差异显著。

For grasping the effects of spring drought on the agronomic traits of hybrid Pennisetum in the shoal saline of northern Jiangsu, and screening out the varieties which were suitable to be planted in beach saline, we studied and tested the agronomic traits （plant height, tiller number, leaf number, leaf length, leaf width and stem diameter） of 13 introduced hybrid Pennisetum varieties in beach saline. The results indicated that the plant height of hybrid Pennisetum was suffered seriously from spring drought in beach, E - 6, E - 9, E - 10 and E - 11 ~ average plant height was more than 90 cm, and E - 9 was significantly different from other 9 vari- eties. The average tiller number of E - 11 and E - 4 was more than 10 tillers, and had significant difference with that of other 11 va- rieties. The average number of leaf was from 10 to 14, and there was no significant difference among 12 varieties except for E - 10. There was significant difference in leaf length between E - 8 and other 10 varieties. There was significant difference in leaf width be- tween E - 3 and other 9 varieties. The average stem diameter of E - 7, E - 8 and E - 9 exceeded 1.4 cm, and E - 7 had significant difference with other 10 varieties.
