摘要 为研究不同烘烤处理对K326品种烤后烟叶的效益成本和外观、评吸质量的影响,在烘烤过程中分别采用相对高温高湿变黄、先排湿后升温、相对低温低湿定色技术和常规三段式烘烤措施的对比试验。结果表明:与对照相比,试验处理可在一定程度上提高燃料利用率,降低能耗,并可提高烤后烟叶经济效益,改善烟叶外观及评吸质量。烘烤过程采用相对高温高湿变黄、先排湿后升温、相对低温低湿定色技术可提高烤烟烟叶质量。 In order to study the effects of different curing treatments on the benefit cost, appearance and smoking quality of the baked leaves of flue - cured tobacco variety K326, we conducted the contrast tests for different measures (yellowing under relatively high temperature and high humidity, first removing moist and then heating, color - fixing under relatively low temperature and low humidity, and conventional three -phase drying) in the curing process. The results showed that: in comparison with the convention- al three - phase drying method, the experimental treatment could improve the utilization rate of the fuel, reduce energy consump- tion, enhance the economic benefit of flue - cured tobacco leaves, and improve leaf appearance and smoking quality. Using the technologies of yellowing under relatively high temperature and high humidity, first removing moist and then heating, and color - fix- ing under relatively low temperature and low humidity in the curing process could improve the quality of flue - cured tobacco leaves.
