Synthesis and Characterization of a Novel Copolyester Dye Containing Anthraquinone Ring

以溶液聚合法合成了以 1 ,5 -二 -β -羟乙醚基蒽醌为染料单体的新型共聚酯染料 ,通过紫外 -可见、核磁共振、热重等方法对聚合物性能进行表征 ,将其作为色母在毛细管流变仪上对聚酯纤维进行共混染色 ,并测定其光牢度。

A novel copolyester dye containing anthraquinone ring was prepared by solution polycondensation. The effect of initial dye content on polymerization was studied. The copolyester dye was characterized by means of IR, NMR and TG. Its chromophore content, intrinsic viscosity and solubility were also measured. Then this copolyester dye was applied in mass coloration of PET with good mechanical property and light fastness.
