摘要
由自制的乙酸乙烯酯 -甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯 -甲基丙烯酸烯丙酯大孔共聚物与氨水反应 ,实现了环氧基的开环反应。考查了不同的氨水浓度、反应温度和时间对胺化转化率的影响 ,并测定了形成的伯胺基的 pKa 值为 6 .9。开环反应最适条件为 :每克干树脂加入 1 .3mL的 1 3mol/L的氨水 6 0℃反应 3h以上 ,转化率达到 6 0 %。
Several factors affecting the ring-opening reaction on epoxy-containing macroporous copolymers of vinyl acetate-glycidyl methacrylate-allyl methacrylate were investigated, such as concentration of ammonia water,reaction temperature and time.The pKa of the primary amino group formed was 6.9.The optimum conditions for ring-opening reaction were 1.3 mL 13 mol/L ammonia water /g dried resin, at temperature 60 ℃ for 3 h,resulting in a conversion rate of 60%.
