The paper analyzes the need to improve the work of emergency plan for network operation by Tianjin metro, points out that problems in existing emergency plan system and gives recommendations for amendments. And it provides reference for other urban rail transits in the case of a line, and networking operating system during construction and operation of emergency plan system.
