孟鲁司特钠治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘疗效的Meta分析

Meta - analysis of the effect of montelukast sodium on pediatric cough variant asthma

目的探讨孟鲁司特钠治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘（CVA）的疗效。方法检索万方医学网（WAN．FANGDATA）、中国知网数据库（CNKI）、维普数据库（CQVIP）和中国生物医学文献数据库（CBM），查找关于孟鲁司特钠治疗小儿CVA的随机对照研究（RCT），采用RevMan4．2软件进行Meta分析。结果共7项研究入选。研究组与对照组比较，显效率、总有效率、复发率、咳嗽缓解时间和咳嗽消失时间的差异均有统计学意义（P均〈0．01）。结论孟鲁司特钠治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘能迅速改善临床症状，提高临床疗效，减少复发。

Objective To explore the effect of montelukast sodium on pediatric cough variant asthma （CVA）. Methods The papers about randomized controlled study of montelukast sodium on pediatric CVA were searched in WANFANGDATA, CNKI, CQVIP and CBM. The meta - analysis were conducted using RevMan 4.2 software. Results A total of 7 RCTs were included in this study. Between the two groups the effective rate, total effective rate, recurrence rate, cough relief time, and cough disappear time all showed significant differences （ all P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Mon- telukast sodium can rapidly improve the clinical symptoms, improve the clinical therapeutic effect and reduce recurrence in the treatment for pediatric CVA.
